There will be an exhibition of previously unseen cinefilm and photographs of the 1976 celebrations of the opening of the A12 bypass and the village carnival at Wickham Market Village Hall on Sunday 5th July, 2-5pm.

The old London to Great Yarmouth road went straight through the village of Wickham Market and the celebrations of 50 years ago when the bypass was opened was a huge event for the community.

There is no fee to visit the exhibition, refreshments will be available and there will be a raffle – please bring cash.
