Dallinghoo Honey

Jeremy Quinlan keeps honey bees. Most years, the bees produce more honey than they can eat, so he collects the surplus and sells honey, honeycomb and beeswax.
In this part of Suffolk, farmers grow much oilseed rape in the spring, so honeycomb is an autumn delicacy.
